These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between CollaboSpace (the “Company”) and users in connection with websites and related services operated by the Company (the “Service”).
Article 2. Definitions
“Service” means the space curation and community services provided by the Company.
“User” means any member or non-member who uses the Service.
“Member” means a person who registers for membership by providing personal information to the Company and who meets the minimum age that applies in their country or region. The minimum age is 18 for users in Japan, 16 for users in Australia, and 14 elsewhere. Registration below the applicable minimum age is not permitted: the Company asks users to confirm at sign-up that they meet the applicable minimum age, may ask a user to confirm their age again and suspend the account until that confirmation is provided, and closes any account that the Company becomes aware is held by a person below the applicable minimum age, including on a report to info@collabospace.com. Where local law requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian for minors, membership is permitted only with that consent.
Article 3. Effect and Changes to the Terms
The Company may revise these Terms where the revision is in the general interest of users, or where it is reasonable in light of the necessity for the change, the reasonableness of the revised content, and other relevant circumstances, and is not contrary to the purpose of the Service. In that case the Company will specify the revised content and the date it takes effect, and will announce them within the Service or by other appropriate means before that date, and at least 30 days before that date where the revision is unfavourable to users. If you do not accept a revision, you may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time before the effective date, free of charge and without penalty.
Article 4. Provision and Changes of the Service
The Company uses reasonable efforts to provide stable Service. The Company may change the Service when operationally or technically necessary.
Article 5. User Obligations
Users must not engage in the following acts. If a violation is found, the Company may restrict use of the Service.
Registering false information when applying for or changing information.
Using another person’s information without permission.
Infringing the Company’s copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
Posting or disclosing information that violates public order, decency, or applicable law.
Article 6. User Content and Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content
Users are responsible for posts, comments, and other content they create (“User Content”).
The Company applies a zero-tolerance policy to objectionable content and abusive behavior, including harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit content, violent or discriminatory expression, and illegal information.
Users can report objectionable content or abusive users through in-app reporting and blocking features.
The Company reviews reported objectionable content within 24 hours and may remove the content, suspend the user, delete the account, or take other appropriate action.
If a user violates this Article, the Company may remove content or restrict use without prior notice where permitted by law. The Company will inform the affected user of the action and the reason for it as soon as reasonably practicable. A user may object to the action by contacting info@collabospace.com; the Company will review the objection, respond, and reinstate the content or account where the action was taken in error.
Article 7. Copyright and Use of Content
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in works created by the Company belong to the Company.
Copyrights in posts, canvas works, and other User Content remain with the user who created them.
Users grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, distribute, edit (including machine translation), and otherwise use User Content for operating, improving, promoting, and marketing the Service and brand, including exposure on official social media and third-party channels.
If a user deletes or makes User Content private, the Company will stop using that content for marketing and promotional purposes without undue delay.
Users may not copy, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, commercially exploit, or allow third parties to use information obtained through the Service without prior consent from the Company.
Article 8. Disclaimer
The Company is not responsible for failure to provide the Service due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or equivalent circumstances. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by reasons attributable to users. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy available to you under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement, nor does it exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for willful misconduct, or for gross negligence.
Article 9. Location Information
The Company may provide location-based features using location information, such as distance calculations for spaces and brands, map display, and address recommendations.
The Company processes and protects location information in accordance with applicable privacy and location information laws.
The Company generally deletes personal location information when the purpose of providing the location-based feature is fulfilled. Records of use or provision of location information may be retained for up to six months where required for customer support or applicable law.
Article 10. Termination and Account Deletion
You may end this agreement at any time by using the account deletion feature in the Service or by contacting info@collabospace.com, and the Company will process your request without undue delay. If you signed up with an Apple account, Apple policy requires you to re-authenticate with Apple to complete deletion.
Once deletion is complete, your account and profile information, along with the profile photo, post photos, and floor plan thumbnail files you uploaded, are deleted.
Community posts and comments you wrote are not deleted, so that other users’ conversations remain intelligible; only the link to you as the author is removed. If you want your posts deleted, delete them yourself before closing your account or contact info@collabospace.com.
Information that must be retained under applicable law, such as order and payment records, is kept for the required period after personally identifiable parts have been masked.
The Company may restrict use or terminate this agreement if you breach Article 5 or Article 6. In that case the Company will inform you of the reason, and you may object under Article 6.
Article 11. Use of AI Features
The Company provides features that use artificial intelligence, including floor plan recognition and correction, image generation, machine translation, and recommendations (“AI Features”). To provide them, floor plans, photos, and similar material you upload may be sent to and processed by third-party AI services; details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Output from AI Features is generated automatically and is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. In particular, the area, dimensions, and structure produced by floor plan recognition may differ from reality, so you must check the output yourself before relying on it for decisions such as construction or purchases. The Company does not warrant the accuracy of the output and is not liable for loss arising from use without such checking, except as provided in the final sentence of Article 8.
Rights in output you create with AI Features belong to you to the extent permitted by applicable law. However, where a third party holds rights in the source material, those rights are not transferred by the generation of the output, and you may use the output only within that scope.
The Company does not use User Content to train AI models (that is, to update the models themselves). The Company may, however, analyse the results of AI Features and user ratings to improve service quality, and in doing so may review and retain the material you uploaded.
You may not use AI Features to generate or use output that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
Article 12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
The preceding paragraph does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence as a consumer, and you may also bring proceedings before the courts of your place of habitual residence.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
Questions and disputes relating to the Service may be sent to info@collabospace.com, and the Company will engage in good faith to resolve them.
These Terms are effective as of September 15, 2026. Until September 14, 2026, the previous version of these Terms (effective January 31, 2026) continues to apply; you can obtain a copy by contacting info@collabospace.com.
