Delete from the web

Sign in with the same account you use in the CollaboSpace app, then confirm deletion. Some records may be retained only where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute, or tax obligations.

Your community posts and comments are not deleted, so that other people’s conversations still make sense — only the link to you as the author is removed. If you want them gone, delete them before closing your account, or email info@collabospace.com and we will remove them for you.

Delete from the app

1. Open the CollaboSpace app.
2. Go to My Page or Account Settings.
3. Select account deletion and confirm the request.

Cannot sign in?

Send an account deletion request to info@collabospace.com. Include the email address or social login provider used for your account. We may ask for additional information to verify ownership before deleting account data.
